Larry B. Kimball

Larry B. Kimball, 68, Ulen, Minnesota, died Monday, September 14, 2009 at Mahnomen Health Center, Mahnomen, Minnesota.   Larry was born on August 21, 1941, the son of Luther and Arlene (Hasbargen) Kimball in rural Campbell, Minnesota. He attended country school in Foxholm, Minnesota and later attended Morris Science School in Morris, Minnesota. Larry married Judith Leitheiser on September 17, 1965 in Sisseton, South Dakota. They made their home in rural Fergus Falls, Minnesota, where Larry farmed for a few years before moving to Fargo, North Dakota. While in Fargo, He sold insurance and worked at Ames Sand and Gravel as a heavy equipment operator for fourteen years. Larry also worked for UBC Lumber in Detroit Lakes, hauled grain for Circle E Farms in Ulen, Mark Sand and Gravel in Fergus Falls retiring in 2005.   Larry enjoyed spending time with his grandson, Taylor, fishing, and in the last year riding bike with his wife, Judtih.   Larry is survived by his wife, Judith Kimball of Ulen, Minnesota; three sons, Tony (Wendy) Kimball of Fergus Falls, Minnesota; Jim (Roxanne) Kimball of Reno, Nevada; Darin (Kim) Kimball of Las Vegas, Nevada; two grandchildren, Katie and Taylor; mother, Arlene Kimball of Fergus Falls, Minnesota; three brothers, Benny (Donna) Kimball of Fergus Falls, Minnesota; Roger (Kaye) Kimball of Moorhead, Minnesota; Glen (Donita) Kimball of Fergus Falls, Minnesota; sister, Lori (Terry) Jaros of Fergus Falls, Minnesota; numerous nieces and nephews.   Larry was preceded in death by his father, Luther.
