Minnie Fagerlie

Minnie Fagerlie, 94, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, died Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Oak Crossing, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. Minnie was born on March 18, 1919, the daughter of Ole and Nicoline (Malvick) Fagerlie in rural Audubon, Minnesota. She graduated from Audubon High School in 1937. Minnie and her sister, Julia owned a grocery store in Detroit Lakes in the early 40s'. They later moved to Denver, Colorado where Minnie worked for Mountain Bell as a secretary until retiring in the mid 70s'. After her retirement she returned to the Detroit Lakes area. Minnie is survived by many Fagerlie and Sletmoen cousins. Minnie is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Julia Fagerlie.
