Pamela Louise Ellsworth

June 29, 1948 — October 26, 2014

The Lord felt Pamela L. Ellsworth, 66, had suffered enough, and on Sunday, October 26, 2014, decided to bring her home, where her parents and extended family were there waiting. Pamela Louise Ohman was born to Clifford and Delores (Kaatz) Ohman on June 29, 1948. She was raised in Detroit Lakes, graduating from high school in 1966. During high school. She met her future husband, David Greminger Sr. David's employment brought them to Lockport, Ill., where they were married and blessed with two children, David Greminger Jr. and Dawn Greminger. Upon their divorce, Pamela returned with her kids to Minnesota, living in Pelican Rapids, then returning to Detroit Lakes. She found employment with Rural Minnesota CEP, where she worked for many years. She eventually met David Ellsworth. They were married, and his employment brought them to Worthington, Minn. Years later David's employment brought them back to Detroit Lakes, where Pamela became employed at the General Store. She was later employed at the Credit Bureau, where she was a licensed debt collector. She worked at the Credit Bureau for many years, up until her retirement. She continued to work part-time for the Credit Bureau, assembling their bulletin. Pamela was also known as the "Pop Lady" at CVS. Poor health eventually forced her to completely retire. Pamela is survived by her two grown children, son David Greminger Jr. of Detroit Lakes and daughter Dawn Greminger of Fargo; three sisters, Cindy (Jerry) DeWitt of Park River, N.D., Debbi (David) Lausch of Moorhead and Tammy (Jay) Wothe of Frazee; one grandson, Justin Anderson of Eagan, Minn.; as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. Her parents and her husband preceded her in death. She will be extremely missed by her kids as well as by her pets. She will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends. There will always be a void felt by all of us since her passing. She's now at peace and with our Lord. In lieu of flowers and gifts, please donate to your favorite charity.
