Cheryl Kay Bergquist

Cheryl K. Bergquist age 67 of Detroit Lakes, MN died April 13, 2015 at her residence. Cheryl Kay Bergquist was born on January 13, 1948 in Detroit Lakes, MN to Clarence and Blanche (Klomstad) Bergquist. She lived in Detroit Lakes her entire life. She worked at the DAC in Detroit Lakes, and was a resident at Lakes Homes for many years. Cheryl was a very affectionate and funny person, who was known to "clown around" at times. She enjoyed going on cruises, playing bingo, and being in the water. She loved her dogs Molly and Casper. She was also very fond of the color pink and anything with lots of "bling". She built wonderful relationships with the Lakes Homes staff and fellow roommates who will hold her memory near and dear always. She is survived by her step brother, Roger (Karen) Hanson, of Detroit Lakes, MN; and nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.
