Daniel David Clark

Daniel D. Clark age 50 of Detroit Lakes, MN died Friday August 14, 2015. Daniel David Clark was born on July 12, 1965 in Park Rapids, MN to Clarence and Roberta (Munnell) Clark. The family moved to Detroit Lakes, MN when Dan was very young. He grew up and attended school in Detroit Lakes, graduating from Detroit Lakes High School in 1983. He then attended the Alexandria Community and Technical College. In 1993 he was united in marriage to Linda McDowell. They made their home in Alexandria, MN. Dan worked for Ellingson's Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning in Alexandria. He later moved to Detroit Lakes, where he continued working in the HVAC industry. Dan enjoyed time spent with his daughter Maria. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends. He was a very friendly, outgoing person, who was always willing to help others. He is survived by his daughter, Maria Clark, of Alexandria, MN; mother, Roberta Johnson, of Walker, MN; three sisters, Tamela Clark, of Walker, MN; Lisa Clark, of Walker, MN; and Sheri (Craig Nason) Johnson, of Detroit Lakes, MN; three nieces, Traci Clark, Amy Clark, and Leah Vogt; and two nephews, Riley Johnson-Nason, and Ryan Johnson-Nason. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Clark; and his step Father, Joseph Johnson.
