David M. Borah

David M. Borah age 60 of Halstad, MN died July 9, 2016 at the Halstad Living Center in Halstad, MN. David Michael Borah was born February 29, 1956 in Detroit Lakes, MN to Glen and Lorraine (Laubach) Borah. He grew up and attended school in Detroit Lakes, Callaway, and Ogema, MN. Over the years he worked for Kennebec Housing, Walmart, and also as a farmhand. He was forced to retire due to poor health. He is survived by his wife Dora, of Halstad, MN; his mother, Lorraine Laubach Borah, of Kennebec, SD; Children, Michael (Jessica) Borah, of Ada, MN; Stacy (James) Cartwright, of Detroit Lakes, MN; and Jennifer Borah, of Ada, MN; brothers, Steven (Mary) Borah, of Kimbal, SD; Wayne (Gayle) Borah, of Kennebec, SD; Lee (Cathy) Borah, of Kennebec, SD; Timothy (Roxanne) Borah, of Oacoma, SD; and sister, Kathy (Dennis) Swedberg, of Fargo, ND; grandchildren, Dylan, Hunter, Rosie, Nicholas, Michael, and Glen; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. He was preceded in death by his father Glen; and grandson, Loren.
