Michael R. Molacek

Michael R. Molacek age 59 of Detroit Lakes, MN died October 10, 2016 at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND.   Michael Ray Molacek was raised by his parents Joe and Betty Molacek at Buffalo Lake along with his brothers Dick and Joe Kennedy. Michael received his education in Detroit Lakes, graduating from     Detroit Lakes High School in 1976. He made his living as a meat carver. He lived in Florida for ten years and came back to Buffalo Lake in 2000.   Michael loved his lake lot and enjoyed fishing and having family picnics. He had a dog named Banchee. She guarded his home and Mike guarded her. Michael became reacquainted with his Lord and Savior, and liked to share scripture and books with others.   He is survived by one brother, Joe Kennedy, of Mountain City, TN; one niece, Christina Kennedy Farr, of Atlanta, GA; and several cousins.   He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Richard Kennedy.   Enjoy scriptures chosen for you:    Psalm 121    Psalm 127    John 1:1-9    John 14 1-3    John 3:16    Isaiah 41:10    II Corinthians 1:3-4   Memorials are preferred to the Lund Lutheran Church.
