Diana "Dee" Lee Olson

Diana “Dee” Olson, age 70 of Osage, MN passed away on April 12, 2021 at her residence.

Dee was born June 14, 1950 to Thomas and Geraldine Doyle in Fargo, ND and had one sister Cheryl Ingbretson. Dee grew up in Fargo, ND and graduated from Shanley High School and then attended MSU. She then started working at Northwestern Bell/Qwest for 32 years, 15 of those years she was the Union President for CWA local 7303.

Dee fell in love with the love of her life while coming to Toad Lake every weekend. She and Ray married August 25, 1973. Ray & Dee lived in North Fargo and eventually made their home together in Moorhead, MN. Finally making their retirement life together on Toad Lake. Dee Loved retirement life and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was an amazing writer, loved the Vikings and Elvis. She collected Pig memorabilia and was very proud to be Irish.

Dee is survived by her loving husband Ray Olson, her two children Mathew (Cheryl) Olson and Lisa (Steven) Stenson and her grandchildren who made up her whole world Holland Olson, Austin Le, Kyra Asplin, Joslyn Asplin and Evy Messerschmidt.

 Dee is proceeded in death by her parents Thomas and Geraldine Doyle and her sister Cheryl Ingbretson. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Services at Immanuel Lutheran Church Shell Lake on Friday April 16, 2021 at 11am.
