Kenneth Webeck

Kenneth N. Webeck age 57 of Detroit Lakes, MN died June 26, 2018 at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND. Kenneth Nels Webeck was born October 3, 1960 in Minneapolis, MN to Richard and Lolita (Veiss) Webeck. He attended school in Milaca, MN and Onamia, MN. He grew up in the country, where he developed a love of hunting, fishing, and trapping. He worked building homes in both the Milaca area and the Twin Cities. He later moved to Alaska and worked in the oil fields. In 2002 he married Rose De La Cruz. To this union three children were born. He later moved to the Philippines, where he owned and operated a dive resort. In 2014 he married Michele Casas. They made their home in Detroit Lakes. Kenneth loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and diving. He is survived by his wife, Michele; one daughter, Kimberly Webeck, of Fairbanks, AK; two sons, Triston Webeck, of Detroit Lakes, MN; and Joshua Webeck, of Detroit Lakes, MN; mother, Lolita Henrickson, of Audubon, MN; one brother, James (Bonnie) Webeck, of Rockport, TX; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Webeck; and his step father, Chuck Henrickson. Memorial Services will be on Saturday July 14, 2018; 11:00 a.m. at the Berean Baptist Church in Detroit Lakes MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Arrangements have been entrusted to the West-Kjos Funeral Home in Detroit Lakes, MN.
