Timothy Thomas Bonde

Timothy Thomas Bonde was born May 18, 1953 in Fargo North Dakota the son of Henry and Virginia Bonde. Timothy passed away October 16, 2019 at his home in Detroit Lakes. Tim lived in Fargo with his family until 1962 when the Bondes moved to Detroit lake. Tim graduated from Detroit Lakes High School in 1971.Everyone who knew him were aware of his love for golf, hockey and music as he excelled at all.Tim went on to attend the University of Minnesota Morris where he graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.Tim worked in the Detroit Lakes area for the next 23 years before he was stricken with schizophrenia.Although he struggled with this life-changing disease, he lived so with as much grace as he could.William and Mike Bonde want to thank all those friends and people who showed him love, friendship and support throughout his remaining years in Detroit lakes.Tim was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Virginia Bonde and two of his older brothers: Hank and John.Tim has two remaining brothers William (Detroit Lakes) and Mike (Fargo) and three nieces and nephews.A celebration of life will be held at West Kjos funeral home on Friday, October 25 at 11 AM.
